• A professional business website: SocialCRM will build an optimized website designed to present a professional first impression and maximize internet search opportunities.
• Tracking and reporting: This allows a shop to track how consumers navigate and interact with its website in an attempt to identify trends, behaviors or interests that can help a shop owner manage and market the business.
• Call tracking: Using unique local phone numbers for tracking, shops can evaluate and compare phone traffic from marketing campaigns, monitor keyword searches, and listen to recorded calls in order to gain insights into what’s working for the business.
• Additional reviews: In an attempt to boost internet visibility and reputation online, shops can generate more reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp to supplement the SureCritic reviews offered with SocialCRM and to help a shop show up more favorably in internet search results.
In early 2018, plans call for SocialCRM to expand the LocalSearch offering with an option to add paid online ads via Google AdWords to the other LocalSearch features.
