Hyundai Files Trademark Violation Complaint Against AutoParts Companies Earlier this month, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) instituted an investigation following a complaint filed by Hyundai Motor Company. The complaint alleges U.S. trademark infringement of certain auto service and collision parts and components. The complaint requests that USITC issue a cease and desist order.

On July 12th the IGONC Triangle Chapter hosted a ballgame at the Durham Bulls stadium. Paul Morro coordinated the very successful event. Factory Motor Parts, Advance/CARQUEST and Jasper Engines & Transmissions all co-sponsored the event that drew 111 attendees.
